Q4 Active, and the Foundation for Senior Services' Senior Specialist Group are pleased to have partnered in order to deliver a series of monthly educational presentations from Age Well Academy. Presentations are given by certified Foundation Specialists.

Building “mental muscles” is as important to our health and longevity as a healthy body. Learn from SSG Specialist, PK Maxx, Body/Mind Imaging, how creative fitness is essential to stimulating cognitive brain function and how through the fun of art and music we can build our mental and emotional abilities to increase cognition, flexibility, and personal fulfillment as seniors.
