On the heels of a recent, more general presentation on the importance of sleep and creating healthy sleep hygiene practices that was delivered here at Q4 Active, this workshop dives specifically into one of the specific topics from that workshop--Nutrition. Nutrition plays a key role in sleep hygiene, so come learn key strategies in how to gear what you eat and drink to manifest better quality sleep to improve your cognitive clarity, focus and creativity.
