At Q4 Active, we train both the body and the brain. Emergency preparedness is a powerful example of how cognitive skills and practical knowledge work together. We are proud to host an First Aid Certification Course through the American Red Cross, providing practical, hands-on training to help participants respond effectively to common injuries and sudden illnesses.

Tai Chi Fundamentals Series: Yang Style 24-Step Form (Part 4 of 4)
The second of 4 workshops explores The Trunk—the waist, spine, shoulders, arms, hands, and head—and how upper-body structure supports smooth, coordinated Tai Chi movement. Participants will explore proper spinal alignment, shoulder positioning, head placement, and basic hand structure, along with fluid transitions between movements.
