Join us for a hands-on self-defense workshop designed to teach you practical techniques using pepper spray products as a powerful personal safety tool. Learn how to increase awareness, and develop the confidence to protect yourself in real-life situations. This interactive session is perfect for all skill levels and will equip you with essential self-defense skills in a supportive and empowering environment. Stay safe. Stay prepared.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
There will not be any sparring, and there will not be any forceful contact. There will be, however, some person-to-person contact and touching when practicing some of the very important self-defense tactics. Please be comfortable with this.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Jennifer Silverstein, Kravgirl Tactics. is a 3rd degree Black belt in Street Smart Survival System and Hand To Hand Combat, holding multiple certifications in self defense using both lethal and non-lethal tactics to defend yourself.
