MEMORY: A 3-Week Brain Training Series

  • Q4 Active 6200 Variel Avenue, Ste. #2A Woodland Hills United States (map)

🧠Boost Your Brainpower in Just 3 Weeks!🧠

Join our 3-week semi-private, small-group Brain Training Program and learn how to strengthen your memory with targeted brain-training exercises.

What sets this program apart is the integration of physical activity with brain training—engaging in movement while practicing memory tasks (a method known as dual-tasking) has been shown to enhance learning, improve retention, and increase brain plasticity.

This program is designed to help you specifically learn how to strengthen your working, verbal, and visual-spatial memory through targeted cognitive exercises, while also being physically active. By combining body and brain, you’ll activate multiple neural pathways, making your memory training more effective and enjoyable.
