In this class, we will help guide family members and other caregivers to a better understanding of communications techniques that can make a difference. Ronda will go over her top 10 tips for communications, why respectful communications matters, and how to stop much of the frustrations and arguments.

Presenter: Ronda Wilkin is a dementia industry leader and advocate, certified dementia practitioner and educator specializing in geriatric care management and senior housing. With more than 35 years in health and human services, 20 of them in direct senior care, Ronda has cared for more than 500 families in the San Fernando, Conejo and Coachella Valleys of Southern California with care direction and decisions, resources, crisis intervention and placement. This is both personal and professional for Ronda, having lived her own family’s journeys.
